-Completing the reservation form only is not a valid booking. -The reservation is only valid with the hotel confirmation. -Normally the reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours. -Reservation or cancellation shall only be in writing. - If the hotel is notified at least 14 days before arrival, accommodation can be cancelled without penalty. - In the event of cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation is payable. - In the event of cancellation 1 to 7 days before arrival or a failure to arrive, a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation is payable. -Access to the room from 14.00 on the date of arrival. Leaving the room shall be till 10.00 on the date of departure. -Admittance to the spa is possible from check-in till check-out. Await you the management and team of Gotth'Art Hotel.
