The rich and healthy breakfasts or dinners offer not only a taste but a colour experience of freshly prepared regional, Hungarian and international specialities.

Our guests can get acquainted with the region Őrség’ s typical dishes which ingredients are wild meat and forest mushrooms. Although the preparing and serving of the meals are helped by the modern kitchen technology, nevertheless they are based on traditions. The kitchen prefers to use organic and bio ingredients. By the preparing of meats, salads and sauces, the master chef of the hotel prefers to use seed oil, for example pumpkin oil, it contains a large amount of antioxidants protecting the human body from free radical damages and having a positive impact on the build-up of blood cholesterol.
